Week 26 - Run!
Halfway there! We're now at game 26, half of the 52 games we are targeting this year, back when I started this project.
This week's game is inspired by an old game called Track and Field which I played with my friends and brothers when I was young. My mom ran a computing/coding class for uni students so we had access to computers, which of course meant we played lots of computer games. I also joined the coding classes although technically I was way too young for it ... and here I am now using games to teach coding to young kids!
The game itself is pretty simple - get your runner to the finish line as quickly as possible. I'm trying something new though: keeping track of the best time, which resets daily. Can you beat today's best time?
